U13 cruise to 8-2 victory over Cosmos
(April 22, 2006)
Falkirk U13's played a very young Cumbernauld Cosmos side at Strathclyde Park in a high scoring 8-2 game. Falkirk put pressure on the Cosmos defense from the first whistle resulting in a cosmo o.g in only 4 minutes. Falkirk dominated the first half scoring 3 further goals from Emma White, Abbie McNeiff and Amanda Tweedie.

Falkirk scored another 4 in the second half with goals from Linzi Hinter and Amanda Tweedie. Substitute Hunter came on to score 2 in 15 minutes and top goal scorer Tweedie got her hat rick to take her tally to 28 goals with 2 games to go.
Falkirk played some fantastic football and created many more opportunities than were taken.
