The U13s travelled to Kilwinning Sat 27th June 09 to take part in their tournament along with 7 other teams.With 2 groups of 4 teams we played 3 games in our group winning all three with the following scores:

Falkirk Ladies 7 - 2 Celtic Hoops
Scorers: Rachel(3), Leona(2), Sophie, Jas

Falkirk Ladies 5 - 0 Kilwinning Blue 
Scorers: Rachel(3), Colette(2)
 
Falkirk Ladies 4 - 1 Vale of Clyde Black
Scorers: Colette(2), Rachel, Jas

The girls played Kilwinning Red in the final and were defeated 7 - 0 by the Scottish Cup champions but they should all be proud of their effort and performance as they all played exceptionally well. They all received runners-up medals and the team received a trophy.

A special mention goes to Rachel who was presented with the trophy for player of the tournament which was voted for by the referees and coaches and she thoroughly deserved this. Her effort in every game was absolutely outstanding, her skill superb and her team spirit tremendous.Well done Rachel.
