Under-15 Reds v Lanarkshire (January 19, 2008)
With not having a game for 6 weeks and re-starting the league campaign against Lanarkshire United, this was always going to be a tough task but the home side gave it their best shot today.
Nayler Road in Camelon has been flooded since the start of December so the game was played on astro at Graeme High School. Falkirk fought hard throughout the match with stand-out performances from Natalie & Robyn linking well in midfield and Laura & Amy making great tackles in defense. Megan slotted into right-back after an injured Natasha left the pitch and gave a great account of herself against one of the many Scotland-level players that Lanarkshire fielded.
The girls have improved in every match this season and are learning with every game and even today's 14-0 defeat brought positives and showed that the girls have all developed not only in their individual ability but in their team play and confidence as well.
