Team Coaches
Since its formation in 1993 Falkirk have made a concerted effort to use the expertise and experience within the club for its coaches. Senior players (and sometimes youth players) are encouraged to go through SFA Coach Education Courses and to then put those certificates into practice through working with the youth teams. Parents are not exempt from this friendly pressure either as a steady source of coaching staff has emerged from the player’s parents.
Currently the club has 11 main coaches working with the 5 age group teams.

Fiona, Jennifer, Shirley, and Ashley are all current members of our Senior Ladies squad and have been with Falkirk for at least 6 years. Fiona and Shirley are two of our founder members as they started aged 10 in our very first Under-13 team back in 1993. Kerry is our newest member of the coaching team and is a player with the Under-17 team.
David formally took over coaching the Senior Ladies in June when he left Queen's Park LFC after working with them for 3 seasons. He has a long history within football as a player and a coach and is looking forward to the challenge of taking Falkirk Ladies into the Premiere League.
James joined the club at the end of season 2006-2007 and has a great coaching pedigree coming from working with the youth teams at Dundee United and being the head coach of a team of coaches who spend their summers coaching teams in America.
Alison is a founder member of the club and was instrumental in its creation back in 1993. Over the past 14 years she has coached every age group and watched the girls move up through the age groups and onto International duty. Alison is also Head Coach for both the SFA's Forth Valley Development Squad and Central's Regional Squad.
